Housing Practitioners Unite
My vision is not about changing a specific housing authority, but rather about bringing the spirit and the framework for creating community social change that is meaningful and which endures. Those of us in positions of power must recognize that social housing is a customer-service oriented industry, and the residents of each and every neighborhood across the United States deserve a voice in their living opportunities. We are not just building houses. We are building communities.

HOUSING HUMANS
A Vicarious Memorandum
By Eugene E. Jones, Jr.
Housing Humans is an urgent call to action that is grounded in the deep experience, skillful leadership, and spiritual humanity of the author. At a time when empathy is in short supply, and a commitment to the common good at low ebb, Gene Jones reminds us that a stable, affordable home in a thriving community—for each and every one of us—is an investment in human potential our country can ill afford to forgo. - Julia Stasch, Former President, John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation and former Commissioner of Housing, City of Chicago
10% of all book proceeds will be donated to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America youth mentoring organization

The Change Public Housing Needs is Here
"We need housing. Full stop. Plain English. Housing. We don't need affordable housing in America. We need housing. We need housing that all Americans can afford that is supported by public agencies across our nation. Call it.... Adjustable Community Housing." - Eugene E. Jones, Jr.
